Jae Cho
As CEO, Jae drives SK tes' mission to transform supply chain and technology lifecycle management. By integrating AI, digital technologies, and robotics, he ensures the company's operations are efficient, sustainable and transparent.
Previously, Jae served as Executive Vice President of the Environment Business Unit at SK ecoplant, overseeing water and waste management, sustainable energy, and plastics recycling. Earlier, as Vice President of Digital Transformation at SK ecoplant, Jae was responsible for reinventing SK ecoplant’s businesses and operations to enable rapid innovations in the marketplace, ensure customer success, and identify new areas for growth.
Jae holds a bachelor’s degree from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
Terence Ng
Terence Ng is the Founder and Chairperson of SK tes, bringing over 20 years of experience in the environmental sector.
Before establishing SK tes in 2005, Terence served as the Director of Engineered Products & Services Pte Ltd, Engineered Products & Services Sdn Bhd, and Ditron Engineering Sdn Bhd. He currently serves on the boards of several private companies around the world, further demonstrating his expertise and leadership in the industry.
Terence’s extensive background in the environmental sector has helped shape SK tes’ mission and commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
Eric Ingebretsen
Eric Ingebretsen is the Chief Commercial Officer at SK tes, with responsibility for the company's global sales and marketing efforts. He's passionate about harnessing the power of storytelling to align teams and achieve the company's growth targets.
Before joining SK tes, Eric held leadership positions in marketing and business development at several companies, including SkyTel, Eaton Aerospace, Arrow Electronics and C Spire. His experience in sales and marketing has given him a deep understanding of how to create and implement effective strategies that drive business growth. With his expertise, Eric is well-equipped to lead SK tes' commercial efforts and help the company achieve its goals while maintaining its commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
Sean (Seonki) Park
As CFO Sean (Seonki) Park provides high-level oversight and direction across finance, asset and capital management, risk management, governance, and stakeholder/investor relations to drive organizational growth and value creation.
Previously, Mr. Park held various leadership positions at SK telecom, where he led new business development initiatives in the Mobile, IT, and Media sectors, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities and executing M&A transactions to expand the company’s market footprint.
He further advanced his career at SK Inc., the holding company, where he managed portfolio strategy and business optimization efforts. Additionally, Mr. Park served as Vice President of Environmental Business at SK ecoplant, overseeing initiatives to enhance sustainability and drive environmental impact.
Mr. Park holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Seoul National University, complementing his expertise in both technology and business strategy.
Thomas Holberg
Thomas Holberg is the Chief Operating Officer at SK tes, responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the business and supporting the delivery of high quality services to our clients.
With over 25 years of experience in the e-waste and ITAD industry, Thomas joined SK tes following the acquisition of Dataserv Group in 2016, where he was the Group Chief Operating Officer and co-shareholder after a Management Buyout in 2006.
Prior to joining Dataserv, Thomas worked in various leadership roles for major waste management companies in Germany. His extensive experience in the industry and knowledge of ITAD and battery operations make him a valuable addition to SK tes' leadership team.
Luke (Hak Jin) Shin
As CSO and APAC President of SK tes, Luke (Hak Jin) Shin leads strategic initiatives and operational growth across the APAC region. Prior to joining SK tes, he drove SK ecoplant’s expansion in the environmental sector, leading the development of the battery recycling business and spearheading multiple M&A deals.
With over 20 years of experience, his career spans strategic planning and fintech innovation, including leadership roles at SK Telecom and Finnq. He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Seoul National University and an MBA from Emory University.
Sangbok Ma
Sangbok Ma, Ph.D. is the President of Sustainable Battery Solutions at SK tes, with responsibility for the recycling technology, global operation, business development and strategic planning of the battery recycling. He is passionate about providing innovative solutions to customers and creating a sustainable society.
Prior to his position at SK tes, Sangbok served as Vice President, Head of Battery Solutions for SK ecoplant, following his role as Principal Researcher for Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, Samsung Electronics. He earned his Ph.D. in materials science & engineering from Yonsei University.
Alice Huang
Alice Huang co-founded SK tes in 2005 and serves as the President of China, overseeing strategic planning, operational management, and business development in the region.
Alice is a driver in the formulation of environmental policies, deeply engages with the local market, and strategically positions the company for growth based on her deep experience and vision for the region.
