What's the day-to-day of your role like?
My daily routine revolves around empowering our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need. This involves conducting training sessions and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement. Collaboration is the essence of my role, as I liaise with teams across the globe to ensure our sales strategies are not only effective but also kept up to date.

What is your favorite film?

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
If I could travel anywhere, it would undoubtedly be New Zealand. The country’s breath-taking landscapes and the promise of outdoor adventures, such as hiking, kayaking, and discovering its unique wildlife, are particularly enticing.
What do you like to do to unwind?
I love cycling along the picturesque routes of the Ruhr region in Germany, immersing myself in a good mystery novel, and indulging in a Netflix binge.
