What's the day-to-day of your role like?
My typical day begins with a team stand-up and stretches, fostering a sense of unity and setting our daily goals. The remainder of my day is dictated by priorities, including managing time clocks, placing supply orders, and addressing any challenges the team encounters on the processing line. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial in ensuring a smooth workflow.
Why did you join TES?
I joined TES to embark on a new professional journey, stepping away from the restaurant industry. TES presented an exciting opportunity for me to contribute to a different sector and make a meaningful impact.
Tell us an interesting fact about you.
One intriguing aspect about me is that, despite my love for exploration, I've never traveled overseas. It's a personal goal of mine to experience different cultures and broaden my horizons in the future.
What is your favorite film?
Two movies that hold a special place in my heart are "Fools Rush In" starring Salma Hayek and "50 First Dates" with Drew Barrymore. Both films resonate with me, offering a perfect blend of humor and romance.
What is your favorite saying?
As a parting phrase to my team, friends, or family, I often encourage them to "Make good choices." It reflects my belief in the importance of conscious decision-making in both personal and professional aspects of life
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
If given the chance, I would love to visit Spain. My great-grandmother's Spanish heritage has always intrigued me, and I dream of experiencing the rich culture firsthand. The idea of enjoying a siesta in the middle of the day adds an extra layer of allure to this dream destination.
What do you like to do to unwind?
To unwind, I cherish spending quality time with my family and indulging in sports and movies. Being a bit of a homebody, these moments bring me joy and relaxation.

The most unique aspect of working at TES is the unpredictability of each day. Despite meticulous planning, the dynamic nature of the job ensures that each day brings new challenges and surprises. This constant variety keeps me engaged and prevents monotony, making it my favorite aspect of the role.
