Business Development Manager, TES Hungary


What do you do?

As the Business Development Manager for TES Hungary, my role is multifaceted and dynamic. I oversee various aspects of our operations, including securing licenses, managing waste permitting, and orchestrating strategic initiatives. My chief responsibility, however, lies in charting the pathway to meet our ambitious objectives in Hungary. I serve as the linchpin in ensuring our operations align with our broader vision and goals.

How did you come to work for TES?
Throughout my career, I've had a deep-seated interest in sustainability and recycling. Then one day, a representative from TES approached me. He spoke fervently about e-waste recycling and the company's vision of a greener future. I was immediately captivated. This conversation kindled a new chapter in my professional life, compelling me to join TES and contribute to this important cause.

Tell us an interesting fact about you.
I have a deep-rooted passion for viniculture, spending my leisure time in the vineyard, nurturing grapes, and crafting my own wine. I like to think it's not just a hobby but a testament to my love for nature and sustainable practices.

What is your favorite film?
Top Gun! What's not to love - Its thrilling portrayal of ambition, camaraderie, and sheer drive speaks to my adventurous spirit!

What is your favorite saying?
Mahatma Gandhi's powerful quote, "The future depends on what you do today," resonates with me. It's a constant reminder that our daily actions shape our future - a principle that fuels my everyday ethic.

What do you like about working for TES?
What I value most about TES is the pervasive "can do" attitude. It's a team that faces challenges head-on and transforms them into opportunities. This culture of resilience and agility is truly invigorating, pushing us to continuously strive for excellence.
