SINGAPORE (17 July 2019) – TES announced today that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Integrations et Services (I&S), a leading provider of configuration to order, staging and IT deployment services across France and mainland Europe. The acquisition supports TES’s vision for delivering integrated end-to-end IT life cycle solutions while, at the same time, helping its clients manage the complexities and risks that are inherent in them. The combination will help accelerate growth and overall client engagement via 38 locations across 20 countries, providing an owned and operated geographic platform that is unmatched in this space.
“Integrations et Services has a long-standing, loyal client base that has been earned by delivering outstanding service across France and further afield,” said Steve Graham, TES Europe General Manager. “We see France as a key market, and I am confident this acquisition further enhances our ability to deliver outstanding services and value to our clients. The addition of I&S’s two sites gives TES four locations in France, which, when combined with four locations in the UK, three locations in Germany and one location each in Spain, Italy and Sweden, means we can reach our clients rapidly and effectively.”
Mark Pye, Integrations et Services Managing Director, said, “TES is already a market leader in the services they provide today, and the addition of Integrations et Services supports the vision of bringing their clients a more connected life cycle experience. We’re excited to be a part of the TES team. We believe that there is tremendous synergy we can provide as a part of the services portfolio across Europe.”
TES is backed by Navis Capital Partners, one of Southeast Asia’s largest private equity companies, with over US$6 billion under management. Jean-Christophe Marti, Senior Partner at Navis, commented: “The market is clearly demanding more end-to-end IT life cycle solutions, and companies want to use a small number of trusted partners to deliver those solutions. Configuration to order, staging and deployment services are a critical part of that life cycle and a natural extension of TES’s suite of services in Europe. This is another step in the realization of our foundational strategy to build a global circular economy leader around the TES platform.”
