SINGAPORE (17 July 2019) – SK Tes announced today that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Integrations et Services (I&S), a leading provider of configuration to order, staging, and IT deployment services across France and mainland Europe. The acquisition supports SK Tes’s vision for delivering integrated end-to-end IT lifecycle solutions while helping its clients manage the complexities and risks inherent in them. The combination will accelerate growth and client engagement via 38 locations across 20 countries, providing an owned-and-operated geographic platform that is unmatched in this space.
“Integrations et Services has a long-standing, loyal client base earned by delivering outstanding service across France and beyond,” said Steve Graham, SK Tes Europe General Manager. “We see France as a key market, and I am confident this acquisition enhances our ability to deliver excellent services and value to our clients. The addition of I&S’s two sites gives SK Tes four locations in France, which, when combined with four in the UK, three in Germany, and one each in Spain, Italy, and Sweden, enables us to reach our clients rapidly and effectively.”
Mark Pye, Managing Director of Integrations et Services, said, “SK Tes is already a market leader in the services they provide. The addition of Integrations et Services supports their vision of delivering a more connected lifecycle experience to clients. We’re excited to join the SK Tes team and believe there is tremendous synergy in our services portfolio across Europe.”
SK Tes is backed by Navis Capital Partners, one of Southeast Asia’s largest private equity firms, with over US$6 billion under management. Jean-Christophe Marti, Senior Partner at Navis, commented: “The market clearly demands more end-to-end IT lifecycle solutions, and companies want to work with a small number of trusted partners. Configuration to order, staging, and deployment services are critical parts of that lifecycle and a natural extension of SK Tes’s suite of services in Europe. This is another step toward realizing our strategy to build a global circular economy leader on the SK Tes platform.”
